Your Green Resource — Week 33

May 10, 2012 By Emily McClements
Thank you for supporting this site with purchases made through links in this post.

Ready to remove toxic cleaners from your home? Find out how!

Time for Your Green Resource this week! I’m slowly getting back into a routine, and working on preparing for Baby #3, due to arrive in about 5 weeks! I am sorry that it’s been so quiet around here, but I find myself lacking the energy and concentration needed to sit down and actually put coherent thoughts together into a post. I’m hoping to get back to more regular posting soon, because I do miss it, but I’m just trying to give myself the grace and space that I need to ease back into it, as I feel more ready. Thanks so much for hanging in there with me – I will be back, I promise!

So, anyway – Your Green Resource! Remember that when you link up your post to Your Green Resource here on Live Renewed, it will also be shared on these ladies’ great blogs!

  • Andrea at The Greenbacks Gal
  • Stacy at A Delightful Home
  • Megan at Sorta Crunchy

In addition to making this a weekly place where you can both share and learn new green ideas, each week we’ll be Pinning our favorite post to the Your Green Resource board! We want your green posts to get as much exposure as possible – so we’ll pin the post for you!

This week’s featured post is:

Troubleshooting Cloth Diaper Problems and Recipe for Antibacterial Diaper Spray from Cheeky Bums Blog — I am venturing back into the world of Cloth Diapering as I prepare for Baby #3. Confession: It’s been a while since I used cloth diapers regularly, between working on potty training Brenden, and him growing out of most of our one-size diapers, but I’m so excited to start again fresh when this baby arrives! I’ve been working on building my newborn cloth diaper stash, and thinking about getting back into the routine of CD’ing. This is a great post about some common issues you might encounter with cloth diapers, and simple solutions for dealing with them. I also can’t wait to try the homemade Antibacterial Diaper Spray!

Now it’s your turn! Link up your green posts, old or new, on any of the following topics:

  • Real Food Recipes
  • Repurposed Projects
  • Upcycled Projects
  • Organic Gardening Tips
  • DIY Natural or Green
  • Thrifty Solutions

*Please make sure to link to the post with your green/natural living idea, not your homepage. Also, to spread the word about Your Green Resource to your readers, please make sure to include a link back to one of the four hostesses for this weekly link-up!

**Please make sure that you link back to one of the hostesses in your post. Your post cannot be chosen to be pinned and featured unless you’ve linked to one of us! **

As always, I’m excited to see what you have to share this week!

Thanks for the links! And I like this cloth diaper. I like using it when my daughter was still a baby, it’s diaper rush free. You can save more when using this because it’s washable.
