5 Tips for Beating Winter Illness

5 Tips for Beating Winter Illness from Townsend House – I have been battling a cold and sore throat for over a week now, so this post stuck out to me. I do use most of these remedies, except that I haven’t been great about using Apple Cider Vinegar, I’ll have to add that to my routine. Anything to help me get over my cold faster!

Now it’s your turn to share your green living posts with us! Link up your post (not your homepage), old or new, on any of the following topics:

  • Real Food Recipes
  • Repurposed Projects
  • Upcycled Projects

Thanks for featuring my post! I have to say that I haven’t been that great about using the ACV either, but my husband is, and he is rarely sick, so I am jumping on board now!

Thank you so much for hosting! This is my first time here so I thought I’d introduce myself a bit–I search Kindle books on DIY/homestead/preparedness etc. every day and post them at my blog. (They’re only free 1 or 2 days at a time.) Today there were 15 different publications from Backwoods Home Magazine! I was so excited! I hope you and others who might like them catch them, I love to share this way. Thank you again for allowing me to!
    Sincerely
    Natalia
