I've been experimenting lately with some of my favorite bread/muffins recipes, substituting healthier ingredients for the white flour and white sugar. It's been fun, and yummy, to see how easy it is to make changes to the ingredients and still come out with tasty and healthier muffins. Baking Day Bonanza!
So, I started my first attempt at baking/freezer cooking days yesterday. Things went pretty well.
