Ready to remove toxic cleaners from your home? Find out how!

We enjoyed a long weekend visiting my family up in Michigan this past weekend. We had a fun baby shower for my sister, who is due with her first baby next month! She got lots of great stuff, including many of my favorite and essential products for the newborn stage! I’m so excited for her, and can’t wait to meet my new nephew!

There were also several inches of snow, and it snowed more while we were there, so we enjoyed some time sledding as a family, and Jer and the kids built a great snowman and snow fort. It was nice to get away for the weekend and enjoy some time together as a family! And now it’s been cold and snowing since we’ve been back and I’m feeling over winter and really ready for spring!

Now it’s time for Your Green Resource again! Remember when you link up your post to Your Green Resource it’s shown here at Live Renewed, and on all of these lovely ladies’ blogs:

Every week we each pick our favorite post to pin to the YGR Pinterest board, this week’s featured post is:

Simple Steamed Brocolli

Simple Steamed Broccoli from Creative Christian Mama – This looks so yummy and healthy, a great side dish to go along with our grain free meals! I usually cook my broccoli in water, so I’m excited to try this method. Cooked broccoli is one veggie that my kids will usually eat, as long as it’s salted, but cooked in butter will probably make it even better!

Now it’s your turn to share your green living posts with us! Link up your post (not your homepage), old or new, on any of the following topics:

  • Real Food Recipes
  • Repurposed Projects
  • Upcycled Projects

*Please make sure to include a link back to one of the hostesses for this weekly link-up to help spread the word about Your Green Resource. We’d also love your pins, FB likes, tweets & shares!

As always, I’m excited to see what you have to share this week!
