These are the perfect treat for a hot day! Cool and refreshing. So easy, and healthy too! Yum!
Strawberry Watermelon Slushies
Ingredients:
- 2 cups frozen watermelon (cut watermelon into chunks and freeze for an hour or two on a cookie sheet)
- 1 1/2 – 2 cups of strawberries, halved (fresh or frozen)
- 2 – 3 tablespoons raw honey, to taste
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 cup water (may need more if strawberries are frozen)
Directions:
Add all the ingredients to a high-powered blender and blend together until smooth and slushie! Adjust by adding more water if it’s too thick, especially if you’re using frozen strawberries.
Makes 3-4 servings.
Enjoy your delicious, sweet, and refreshing slushies without HFCS or artificial dyes!

This recipe looks delicious AND it fits the paleo autoimmune protocol (a rare thing). So, thank you! I host a weekly Paleo AIP Recipe Roundtable through my blog, and I would love it if you linked up this recipe. I’m trying to expand resources for the AIP community.
